How to prepare lablabi


Ingredients:

500 g dry chickpeas. Not cooked.
6 cloves of garlic.
1 tbsp harissa (red pepper paste, garlic and Harma salt).
1 cup olive oil.
1 tablespoon cumin.
1 lemon.
Salt and black pepper.
150 g of tuna.
2 eggs.

METHODS:

-Wash chickpeas and then put in the water for at least 12 hours.
-Place the chickpeas in 2 liters of water and let it simmer on the fire until it becomes mushy,  you can add sodium bicarbonates.
-Peel the garlic and then pureed with cumin.
-When exudes chickpeas and becomes mushy Add red pepper paste, cumin and garlic  mixture and half a teaspoon of salt.
-Leave all cooked on the fire 20 minutes.
-Cut the old bread small pieces.
-Pour it a little chickpea broth with the addition of olive oil and one teaspoon red pepper  paste.
 -You can add an egg half a mature taste.
 Add tuna.
Mix all.

Eat hot mixture with a spoon.
Hot meal and a warm not only fit in a day cold.
