Harissa , How to make hot Tunisian harissa


Harissa is considered a favorite food for many people, are sometimes used instead of tomato sauce or tomato paste, and lend a distinctive taste, it is an on-paste of red chili mixture with garlic, spices, olive oil and a little lemon.

 Ingredients:

1 kg hot red pepper.
3 pieces of garlic.
1 teaspoon ground cumin.
1/4 teaspoon salt.
3 tbsp olive oil.
2 tsp paprika.
2 small teaspoon coriander seeds crushed.
1 teaspoon crushed caraway.
1 teaspoon ground black pepper.
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper.

Preparation:

- Clean the Red Pepper seeds well and disarmament.
- Put pepper boiled, steamed with garlic.
